Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you type into a form on this site.

• Contact form — your name, email address, phone number and the message you write.
• Savings calculator — your name, email address and phone number, together with the monthly bill figure and roof size you entered and the estimate the page produced from them.
• Installer network form — this one does not send anything to us automatically. It opens a draft email in your own mail application, which you choose whether to send.

We do not ask for, and you should never send us, payment card details, Emirates ID numbers or passport details through this website.

Where it goes

Form submissions are passed to Make (Celonis SE), an automation service hosting our workflow in the European Union, which immediately emails the enquiry to our sales inbox on Google Workspace. Those two providers process the data on our behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone else for their own marketing.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation or site survey, and keep a record of work we have quoted. If you become a customer we keep the record for as long as needed for the installation, its warranty and our tax and accounting obligations. If you do not become a customer, we delete the enquiry within 24 months.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It records pages viewed, approximate location from your IP address, device type and whether you clicked a phone, WhatsApp or email link. It is not used to identify you personally, and it is not linked to anything you type into a form. You can block it with any standard browser content blocker or by enabling “Do Not Track”.

Your choices

Email sales@haruttosolar.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will not ask you to justify the request, and we will act on it within 30 days. Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you have the right to access, correct and erase your personal data, and to withdraw consent.

Changes

If we change how any of this works we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
